  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
